Advanced Conversation Classes

Course Description:

In our Advanced Arabic group conversation classes, expect a high level of proficiency to be required in all activities, including communication and coursework. If you struggle a bit at first, that’s fine. Don’t give up. Accept the challenge and you’ll see results.. Group activities, role-play, debates, listening, and relaxed conversation make this course an excellent way of improving your conversational skills.

All your coursework will be in the target language. Shelve your native language at the door, because it won’t be spoken in these courses!

Basically the same tools you used to achieve proficiency to the advanced level are necessary to bring it higher. So dig in and intensify what’s already working for you.

We meet twice a week, every Monday & Wednesday. 

Prerequisites:

This course is at an Intermediate class is a prerequisite. You can also enroll in this course if you have studied Arabic before for a year, or if you are comfortable conjugating in the present, future, present continuous, and past tenses. The goal of this course is to focus on practicing Arabic speaking with interactive role plays and consolidate vocabulary for a wide range of topics.

If you feel you’re not quite up to speed, consider signing up for our Levantine Arabic Masterclass. This course is designed to help complete beginners and uses instructional videos, so there is less pressure to be conversationally fluent.

You don’t need to know how to read Arabic to join any of our Arabic conversation classes.

Details:

The course is six weeks long. The class strength of 6 students and the duration of the class is 75 minutes taking place twice a week. You will get access to a Whatsapp group where you can ask and get answers to questions you may have. Material and vocabulary will be provided prior to the class.

I am Mirna, a devoted educator with a Master’s degree. I have a background as a content manager and creator, where I played a crucial role in developing digital educational content and customized books for underprivileged children.
My diverse experience spans teaching Levantine Arabic and various subjects for both kids and adults. Beyond the traditional classroom setting, I actively engaged in organizing school activities and supporting the education of Syrian refugee students.
Additionally, I’ve volunteered my time to coordinate meetings, trips, and camps for children and youth groups. As a committed individual, my aim is to make meaningful contributions to the field of education and community development.
