Policy

By visiting the Nasma Of NY website, registering for a class or booking an event, I (the “client”) acknowledge that I have carefully read, understand, and accept the terms and conditions of this notice.

Acknowledgement of Risk & Waiver of Liability

I (the “client”) acknowledge and agree that:

(i) I have the right and ability to waive all rights and legal claims against Nasma of New York Culture Center, Inc and their affiliates on behalf of the above mentioned student,
(ii) I am aware that the facilities and services offered by Nasma Of New York (collectively, the “Cooking Services and Dance Class”) involve risks of injury and illness including but not limited to cuts, falls, burns, allergic reactions and other risks associated with preparing and consuming food and I assume all risks associated therewith,
(iii) In the event of an emergency, I give my consent to Nasma Of New York to provide medical care and give authority to any emergency personnel to render immediate aid, and
(iv) On behalf of myself and my heirs I hereby release, discharge, indemnify and hold harmless Nasma Of New York’s and its affiliates, employees, members, contractors, successors and assigns from any and all injuries, illnesses, medical conditions, claims, liabilities, expenses or judgments, including attorney’s fees and court costs arising out of or relating to the “Cooking and Dance Services”.

 
All participants must review, sign and date the attached participant waiver & release of liability agreement. Waiver is sent via email ones your child is signed in for class at Nasma of New York Culture Center, Inc.
 

This Agreement shall be controlled by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York.

PHOTOGRAPHS AND FILMS

 
 Nasma of New York Culture Center, Inc’s website, Instagram, Facebook or other related social media or promotional pages, I hereby grant Nasma Of New York. all rights and consent to use, copy, display, distribute, copyright, re-use, publish or re-publish, all photographs/video of myself or my child taken during the classes, without restriction to duration and without compensation. If you would not like to be videotaped or photographed for any reason, you must notify
Nasma of New York Culture Center, Inc. official at the time of registration.
 

RECIPES

All recipes remain the property of Nasma of New York Culture Center, Inc. These recipes shall not be used for copying, reproducing or any commercial use. Such unauthorized dissemination, by whatsoever means, may lead to litigation/court proceedings.

COURSEHORSE POLICY
