I’m very proud of my Lebanese heritage and want to shine a positive light on the Arab culture. Through Nasma, I want to introduce the beauty of the Arab World and positively impact today’s youth through education and acceptance.

My name is Mirna which stands for peaceful. I’m a student of life, and I believe in the philosophy of spreading positivity, love, and kindness around like it’s confetti.

My name is Tala, it stands for talented, ambitious, loving, and affectionate person. Being a teacher means making a difference on the future of kids.

Mary is an Arabic name which means “beloved” with reference to its story. I believe that learning another language empowers you to not only learn different words for the same things but to learn another way to think about things.

Marhaba! My name is Maria and I believe that learning a new language shouldn’t be a chore. People learn the most when they’re having fun in the process and I will always do my best to bring in humor, engaging storytelling, real life scenario re-enactments, role-playing games, and create a safe space environment in the classroom where everyone is free to express themselves and have a good time!
