This 40-minute class is designed for little ones (ages 6 months to 3 years) and their parents to sing, dance, and explore Levantine culture and heritage together. Through traditional songs, playful activities, and engaging stories, we’re helping families reconnect with their roots, one joyful moment at a time. 🌿

Tala holds a Master’s degree in Education and brings more than 15 years of teaching experience to the classroom. As Nasma’s Lead Arabic Educator, she oversees all of Nasma’s Arabic after-school programs across New York City, ensuring that students receive engaging, high-quality instruction that fosters both language proficiency and cultural appreciation.
For the past 10 years, Tala has been an integral part of the Nasma family, helping shape the curriculum and mentoring both students and teachers. Her extensive experience teaching children of different ages and language levels has made her a highly respected educator and leader within the program.
Known for her warm and engaging teaching style, Tala is passionate about helping students develop confidence in speaking Arabic while making learning enjoyable and meaningful. She believes that language learning should be interactive, immersive, and rooted in real-life communication. Through creative lessons, storytelling, conversation-based activities, and cultural enrichment, she inspires students to connect with the Arabic language in a natural and lasting way.
