2 Week Summer Camp in Rabieh, Lebanon

Course Description:

We are delighted to invite your children to our immersive Levantine Arabic Summer Camp, specially designed for kids aged 4 to 12. Running from July 15 to July 26, this two-week camp will allow your children to enjoy speaking their native language and learning about their rich Lebanese heritage. It’s the perfect opportunity for children of the diaspora who rarely get the chance to practice their mother tongue with native speakers. Plus, it’s a fantastic way for all participants to meet new friends and create wonderful memories this summer.

The camp will take place in, Cathédrale Resurrection Rabieh, Lebanon


Our goals are to:

  • Enhance children’s native language skills and deepen their knowledge of Levantine culture.
  • Provide a safe and encouraging environment for making new friends.
  • Foster creativity and artistic expression.
  • Promote physical health and well-being through engaging activities.

We believe this experience will be a valuable opportunity for children to enjoy their summer vacation in an educational and fun way.

Kindly note that snack will be provided. However, lunch is not included. If you would like us to provide lunch please let us know and we will do our best to make it happen.

Program Highlights

Our mission is to create a creative and playful environment where children can learn and have fun through innovative activities. Our program is filled with a variety of educational and recreational activities that will enhance their language skills and deepen their understanding of Levantine culture.

Activities Include:

  • Sensory Exploration: Children will thrive as they explore the world through sensory experiences, enhancing their fine motor skills. Activities include texture exploration, sensory bins, and nature walks.

  • Creative Arts: From watercolor painting to collage techniques, we will help children unleash their inner artist. Projects include making traditional crafts, drawing, painting, and working with clay.

  • Group Games and Team Building: A warm and supportive environment where children can build new friendships. Games include traditional Levantine games, team-building exercises, and cooperative challenges.

  • Levantine Arabic Learning: Kids will learn Levantine Arabic through play, songs, and nursery rhymes. Daily language sessions will be interactive and immersive, focusing on conversational skills and cultural expressions.

  • Cultural Activities: Storytelling sessions featuring Levantine folklore, traditional dance lessons, and music activities where children learn and sing traditional songs.

  • Culinary Exploration: Simple cooking classes where children can learn to make traditional Levantine dishes such as manakish, hummus, and tabbouleh. These sessions will help them appreciate their culinary heritage.

  • Physical Activities: Activities aimed at improving motor skills and physical fitness through fun sports and games, including obstacle courses, ball games, and playful exercises.

Hello! My name is Mirna, a name that means peaceful. I’m a lifelong learner with a passion for spreading positivity, love, and kindness like confetti. With over 10 years of experience in teaching and curriculum development, I bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the classroom. As a mother of three, I understand what engages and inspires children. This summer, I’ll be managing the camp alongside a team of fantastic instructors, ensuring a wonderful experience for all the kids.
