My junior chefs decided to learn how to bake a delicious Swiss Role. We spoke about the importance of giving, sharing, and loving, so we are very proud to donate the money we collected from this event.

Our kiddos enjoyed a theme camp event about the Middle Eastern Culture. We baked a dough from scratch to bake a delicious Mana2eash Za3tar (Thyme) and Jibne (cheese).
We then prepared a delicious dessert Riz B 7alib (Rice Pudding) YUMMY!!!! 
Our kids learnt how to prepare a famous Palestinian dish ‘msakhan’ and a Lebanese dish ‘Wara’a Einab’ or stuffed vine leaves.
We then baked a delicious banana bread and learnt the ingredients in Arabic.
We danced, enjoyed, and learnt many words in Arabic. Stay tuned for our next event.
