Exploring the Wise Mind in Levantine Arabic
Thank you for reading this post, don't forget to subscribe! When I first shared the Wheel of Emotions in Levantine Arabic, I was amazed by the incredible response. I never expected it to go viral and resonate with so many of you! It’s been heartwarming to see learners and therapists alike embracing emotional intelligence in Arabic.
After its success, one of my students, who is a therapist, suggested creating something equally meaningful: the Wise Mindin Levantine Arabic. Inspired by their idea, I got to work on this resource to help you explore mindfulness and emotional awareness while enhancing your language skills.
What is the Wise Mind?
The concept of the Wise Mind comes from Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) and refers to the balance between the Emotional Mind and the Rational Mind. It’s that inner space where logic meets intuition—a vital skill for navigating life’s challenges.
Why in Levantine Arabic?
Language is a powerful tool for connecting with emotions, and learning how to express these concepts in Levantine Arabic not only enriches your vocabulary but also deepens your cultural understanding.
